Every price on this page is in US dollars, all inclusive from the moment you land in Cancún: medical screening, ceremonies, your room, meals, and three months of care after you fly home. No add-ons at the center, no surprise invoice.
Programs
The seven-, ten- and fourteen-day programs start on the same arrival dates. Longer programs add ceremonies and processing days, not price per day.

Prices are per person. Couples and friends who apply together take a private room each or a shared room together. The ten-day psycho-spiritual price is confirmed at booking. When medical detox is required, the physician sets the number of detox days after screening and the supplement is confirmed in writing before payment.
Included
US medical pre-screening, medical interpretation of your blood work (CBC, CMP, serum magnesium, liver panel) and 12-lead ECG, full intake and daily vitals on site, a physician 24/7, electrolyte and magnesium IVs when needed.
A discovery call with a Bwiti House graduate with more than fifteen years of experience, the traditional iboga ceremonies, the spiritual shower and other cleansing rituals as the practitioner sees fit, grounding practices and guidance between ceremonies.
Pick-up and drop-off at Cancún airport, the room you chose in the jungle, the pool, the gardens and the meditation spaces.
Daily meals prepared at the center by our cooks, water, fruit and light food on ceremony days.
One preparation call before, four integration calls over three months after, and the medical team and psychologist reachable throughout.
Flights, travel and cancellation insurance, the laboratory tests and ECG before travel (done with your own doctor or lab), personal expenses, and any medication you bring. Alumni calls beyond the program are $100 an hour.
Why it costs this
A ceremony with a physician in the room all night, for eight people, costs what it costs. This is what you are paying for.
A physician on site for the whole retreat, cardiac telemetry during every ceremony, IV access placed before any dose, a hospital twenty minutes away. This is the largest single cost, and the one we will never cut.
Our providers are graduates of the Bwiti House Training Program, with more than fifteen years of practice for our senior practitioner. They are present at every ceremony, every fire talk, every life review.
Small groups mean the practitioners know your story and the medical team knows your vitals. It also means fewer people share the cost of the team.
Most retreats end at the airport. Ours ends three months later, after four integration calls and a data review against your baseline.
Compared
Ibogaine clinics in Mexico publicly list seven- to ten-day programs between roughly $7,000 and $15,000, sometimes more for detox. They administer extracted ibogaine in a clinical room; there is no ceremony, no tradition, and the follow-up is often optional. Payment
You pay nothing until the physician has cleared you. No deposit is asked to apply or to hold a discovery call.
Payment instructions come with your written confirmation. Bank charges and currency conversion are yours.
Your place is confirmed when the payment is received. Places are limited to eight per retreat and go in order of confirmation.
There are no refunds, in any circumstance, as stated in our terms and conditions. Please take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Questions about money
No. You apply, we talk, the medical team clears you, and then you pay the full amount to confirm your place. Nothing is charged before clearance.
Not at the moment. Full payment is due before arrival. If timing is a problem, say so on the discovery call; a later retreat date is often the answer.
No. Iboga is not an approved treatment and the retreat is paid privately. We do write a summary for your physician or therapist at home if you ask.
Payment only happens after medical clearance, so this is rare. If something you disclose after payment makes the program unsafe, the exclusion is without refund, as the terms state. Tell us everything before.
Yes. There is no seasonal pricing and no negotiated rate. The only differences are the program length and the room.
