Guests come for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, dependence, or a clear sense of being called. Iboga is not for everyone, and the discovery call plus the medical screening exist to answer this honestly for you, not to sell you a place. Start with First timers.

Adults who pass our medical and psychological screening: ECG review, blood panel, medication review, psychological history. Heart conditions, certain medications, pregnancy and some psychiatric conditions close the door. See Safety.

Often, with a plan. SSRIs and some other medications need a taper agreed with your prescribing doctor and our physician; some are compatible; a few are incompatible. Tell us everything on the discovery call.

From $5,800 for seven days in a shared room to $13,000 for fourteen days in a private room, all inclusive from Cancún airport. Medical detox, when required, is added to the program: $600 to $800 per day for three to five days, decided case by case. See the full pricing.

Three to six weeks before your date. Screening takes one to three weeks and some tapers take longer. Places are eight per retreat.

Pre-screening with ECG and bloodwork, IV access before any dose, cardiac telemetry during every ceremony, a physician in the palapa all night, magnesium and electrolytes per protocol, a hospital twenty minutes away, and the right to stop at any time. Details on Safety.

Iboga is not scheduled in Mexico, where the retreat takes place. It is a Schedule I substance in the United States and controlled in several other countries. Nothing about the medicine crosses any border.

We use the whole root bark, given the Bwiti way, not ibogaine hydrochloride in a clinical room. Same medical safeguards, different frame. See Iboga vs ibogaine.

A long, lucid night, twelve hours or more. You stay aware of yourself and the room. Thoughts, memories and images pass at speed; the body is heavy and still. It is introspective and demanding, not euphoric, and not like other psychedelics.

Probably at some point. Nausea and vomiting are part of the medicine for many guests and are managed by the physician. Fasting before the ceremony and the electrolyte protocol reduce it.

Yes. The practitioner paces the doses, the physician can pause or stop, and you can say no to the next dose at any moment.

Eight guests maximum per retreat, each with their own room unless they chose a shared room. Dedicated dates for veterans and for women.

Two over seven days, three over ten, and up to four over fourteen. Not everyone can take a fourth; the practitioner may replace it with microdosing. Each is followed by a processing day and an integration day.

Meals prepared at the center by our cooks, adapted to a body that is detoxing: light, local, mostly plant-based, with protein. Water, fruit and light food on ceremony days. Special diets are accommodated when you tell us in advance.

No. You pay the full amount after medical clearance, to confirm your place. Nothing before.

No. The retreat is paid privately. We provide a summary for your physician or therapist at home if you ask.

One preparation call before, four integration calls over the three months after, the medical team and psychologist reachable throughout, and a review of your wearable data against your baseline.

Call. Relapse and hard weeks are information, not failure. The integration calls exist for this, and alumni calls are available at $100 an hour beyond the program.

Yes. Returning guests are common, often a year or more later, for a different question. The screening is repeated each time.
