Bwiti Life online coaching
Daily video sessions with a full team: a traditional practitioner, a psychologist, a physician, and specialists in peer support, breathwork, yoga and nutrition. Use them to prepare before you enter an ibogaine clinic, to hold on after you leave it, or to get through grief, depression, anxiety or early recovery. You do not need to come to Mexico.
Bwiti Life online coaching
Not one coach on a screen: the same people who care for our guests in Mexico, each in their own field. Your plan brings in the ones you need.

Inside the sessions
Every session is one hour on Zoom, with a clear plan. Choose a class to see it minute by minute. The videos are illustrative scenes; your sessions are private and never filmed for the site.

The programs
Most plans combine daily coaching with weekly psychology and medical follow-up, then add nutrition, breathwork, yoga or family sessions where they help.

Two programs
The weeks before and after a stay in an ibogaine clinic are when people are most alone. We fill those weeks with daily contact, whichever ibogaine, detox or rehab clinic you choose, in Mexico, in the US or anywhere else.
The week before you enter an ibogaine or detox clinic: one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, Sundays evening only. We work on why you are going, what the first days will feel like, cravings, sleep, and the people at home. You arrive ready instead of scared.
From the day the clinic releases you: one hour every day for three months. A practitioner most days, the psychologist once a week, the physician once a week. Relapse risk is highest in the first ninety days, so we are there every one of them.
Also on its own
The same daily sessions work without any clinic stay, for as many weeks as you choose.
A fixed time each day to talk about the person, the guilt, and the days that are hardest. Read more on grief.
Structure, a voice in the morning and in the evening, and a psychologist who sees how the weeks are going. Read more on depression and anxiety.
After detox, rehab or one of our retreats: cravings, triggers, rebuilding routines and relationships, one day at a time.
A typical week of aftercare
A full team ready for you and your family, to bring you to the best version of yourself. You get a day-by-day calendar before you start, with who you see each day and what it costs.
Tania González, our licensed psychologist, checks how the week went and evaluates your progress.
Dr Paola Villarreal reviews sleep, medications and, when you have them, your blood and urine test results.
Michael Cassidy Mboma, traditional practitioner, holds the daily coaching: self-mastery, habits, and the meaning behind what you are going through.
If a day goes badly, say so in the next session. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number, or 988 in the US and Canada, first.
How it is billed
You receive a proforma invoice with every session listed by date before anything starts. Online care supports your clinic and your own doctor; it does not replace medical treatment.
Rates, US dollars
Guests of our retreats already get three months of follow-up included; these rates are for extra sessions or for care without a retreat. Retreat pricing.
Questions about online care
No. Online care stands on its own. Many people use it around a stay in another clinic.
Yes. The invoice names the person receiving care and the person paying.
Tell us before the session and we move it. The point is that the plan bends around your life, not that it breaks.
By Zoom, from a phone, tablet or computer. You get one link per session in your calendar. A quiet room and headphones are all you need.
We agree the times with you when we build your calendar, around your time zone, work and family. Pre-admission sessions are usually one in the morning and one in the evening.
Book a free call first. Once the plan and the calendar are agreed and the invoice is paid, the sessions start on the date you chose.
Yes. Most plans pair daily coaching with weekly psychology and medical follow-up; nutrition, breathwork, yoga, family and veterans sessions are added where they help. You can change the mix as you go.
No. The daily coaching is guidance and accountability from a traditional practitioner. Therapy is the work you do with Tania González, our licensed psychologist. Medical questions go to Dr Villarreal. Each stays in its own lane, and the plan says who does what.
No. Online coaching is open to anyone in recovery, grieving, depressed or anxious, whether or not you ever come to Mexico.
Then the program is doing its job by being there. Tell us in the next session, or sooner. We adjust the plan, and the physician will tell you if you need medical care in person.
No. If you are in danger or thinking of ending your life, call your local emergency number, or 988 in the US and Canada, before anything else.
What you share stays with the people caring for you. How we protect health information is set out on our medical data page.
We do not bill insurers. You receive an itemized invoice with each session, its date, the provider and the hourly rate. Whether your insurer reimburses any of it depends on your policy; ask them before you start.
Yes. Sessions continue by the hour for as long as you want them, at the same rates.
You've carried this long enough. Start with a conversation with our medical team.
